Darrin Vant Hoff
Lead Pastor
Darrin grew up attending this Friesland church, but it wasn’t until his late 20’s that he became a Christ Follower. After that, his whole life changed. Darrin is now “back home” after serving in multiple pastoral roles at a church in Madison Wi. for 5 years. While Darrin loves Madison and the city, he also loves Friesland, the small town he grew up in, partly because it was back in the small town of Friesland where he met his wife Michelle. Darrin and Michelle served in the student ministry together as friends, dated and eventually married in 2021.
"We are excited that Friesland Community Church is our home and we cannot wait to see what God will do in and through this church. It is our honor to help lead the church in the next chapter of life."

Zoi Sabol
Communications and Digital Media Intern
Zoi Sabol is a senior in high school with a strong interest in business marketing. She’s taken classes like Publications, Computer Concepts, and Accounting 1 & 2 to build her skills and explore the field. This year, she helped create the school yearbook and contributed to the newspaper, combining creativity with communication.
Zoi is also a member of Friesland Community Church and is excited for the chance to grow her marketing skills while serving her church through this apprenticeship.

Molly Burmania
Communications and Digital Media Intern
Molly Burmania is an outgoing, kind, and caring individual who enjoys helping others and being actively involved in her community. As a junior this coming fall, she is excited for the opportunity to gain valuable experience through this internship. At the Cambria-Friesland School District, she plans to participate in publications and help create the yearbook, where she looks forward to developing her creativity, organization, and communication skills while highlighting student achievements and school events. Molly is also a member of Friesland Community Church, where she enjoys serving others and building meaningful relationships. She is eager to contribute to the church, continue growing her skills, and make a positive impact through this internship experience.

Alyvia Tennies
Communications and Digital Media Intern
Alyvia Tennies will be serving as the Digital Media Intern for Friesland Community Church this year. She has been a member of the church for the past two years and is excited for the opportunity to give back to a church that has given so much to her. Alyvia is passionate about photography and enjoys capturing meaningful moments through her camera. She has experience photographing seniors, families, and athletes, and plans to take Publication this coming fall to further develop her skills. In addition to her photography experience, Alyvia has participated in forensics, helping her grow in communication and presentation skills. She is eager to learn more about technology, expand her knowledge of digital media, and continue growing alongside the church community while serving in this new role.
