Darrin Vant Hoff
Lead Pastor
Darrin grew up attending this Friesland church, but it wasn’t until his late 20’s that he became a Christ Follower. After that, his whole life changed. Darrin is now “back home” after serving in multiple pastoral roles at a church in Madison Wi. for 5 years. While Darrin loves Madison and the city, he also loves Friesland, the small town he grew up in, partly because it was back in the small town of Friesland where he met his wife Michelle. Darrin and Michelle served in the student ministry together as friends, dated and eventually married in 2021.
"We are excited that Friesland Community Church is our home and we cannot wait to see what God will do in and through this church. It is our honor to help lead the church in the next chapter of life."

Zoi Sabol
Digital Media and Communications Apprentice
Zoi Sabol is an upcoming senior in high school with a strong interest in business marketing. She’s taken classes like Publications, Computer Concepts, and Accounting 1 & 2 to build her skills and explore the field. This year, she helped create the school yearbook and contributed to the newspaper, combining creativity with communication.
Zoi is also a member of Friesland Community Church and is excited for the chance to grow her marketing skills while serving her church through this apprenticeship.
